On my last day in Korea, my flight wasn't scheduled to leave until late at night, so I decided to stage myself closer to the airport and browse around Hongdae. To get there, took a train to the Hongik University stop.
I found other people walking around with suitcases doing the same thing! Generally, this area is filled with a lot of younger people (it's a college campus so...), and LOTS of food options! If you come, arrive with an appetite!
This was intended to be a true "walking tour" but there was so much K-Pop music playing from the stores that I had to edit a lot of it out.
