Our FINAL DAY and we tour THE BRIDGE on Island Princess - DAY 16 and DISEMBARKATION VLOG

Day 16 was our final day of our Island Princess Iceland and Greenland cruise. We spent the day enjoying the entertainment and activities that the team onboard had planned. This included the final of Voice of the Ocean, a fantastic galley tour and an ice sculpture demonstration on the main lido deck. A few days earlier we received a special invite to tour the Bridge of Island Princess and today was the day! We were blown away and felt very lucky to have been given this special experience. In the evening, we dined for the final time, in the Bordeaux restaurant and were treated to some entertainment. It was the second performance of Janine Johnson in the Princess Theater and she did not disappoint. We ended our evening in the Explorers Lounge and said farewell to friends and the wonderful crew. We are Tom and Dom and we experienced our first cruise on the MSC Virtuosa during her UK staycation cruises in 2021. We are relatively new to cruising, however we can now say we are officially hooked.

Our mission is provide a fair and balanced review of our travels. We look at the types of food that is available onboard, from main dining rooms, room service, buffets and pool side snacks. We include menus for each of cruises so that we can share the selection of drinks and meals that are available. Entertainment onboard a cruise ship is important to us and we enjoy theatre production shows, live music, quizzes and game shows. We love to explore different ports and destinations and enjoy sharing tips and tricks so that you can make the most of each port. We often explore ports independently but also book excursions that are interesting to us.
