My Ecoboost was shuttering and misfiring. Even went into limp mode. Ford Dealer wanted over $400 to do the TSB (remove and replace spark plugs and coil boots). I did it myself and so can you! (This video is also useful if you just need to remove and replace a coil pack. I do recommend checking your spark plug at the same time if you are just replacing a faulty coil pack.)
