If we talk about the reality of the Yemeni Constitution today, it has, according to International Law, lost its legitimacy. This came to an end of the state with the fall of Sana'a, when State Institutions fell entirely into the hands of Iranian terrorist militias, causing the fall of Yemen's Constitution, all of its legitimate institutions and political parties. With this collapse fell all internal and external agreements, including the outcome of the dialogue and the Gulf Agreement.
But has the Arab Coalition succeeded in restoring civil order in Yemen?
No: the Arab Coalition came to Yemen in the name of the restoration of the state and the liberation of Yemen, but in reality, Yemen became under dictatorial guardianship and occupation. Yemen's regime and Constitution were both invalidated according to International Law. This is why we, the Movement Together for a Better Yemen, presented a project for the post-war reconstruction of Yemen in two parts: political and economic. We note that the project was presented three years ago in Arabic, was published on our Facebook page and is now being reintroduced into this animation video, in English and Arabic, for our beloved people and the rest of the world.
