RUSTIC BRICK EFFECT RENDER COLOURED AND CUT CEMENT PLASTERING with DECORATIVE DETAIL

Another brick effect render with rustic style bricks to be replicated in sand and cement colour coated and cut this plastering is super enjoyable to do and great to look back on when its finished I think this one has been nailed for texture style colour and the detail in finish solder course bricks and the large capping stones on the pillars. I show and tell every stage of the rendering work from preparation on the scratch coat the mix ratio of sand to cement. I show the colour coat being mixed and applied with the hawk and trowel I show and talk about the render and cement setting times how i like to work it with the refina plastic trowel/float 1st before it is to be cut into bricks ....the tools i used where points man hawk refina rendering steel trowel and ragni rendering trowel refina rendering float refina scratcher / scarifer collomix cordless mixing drill not that iit is for render but it worked great with that paddle i showed in a previous video on the detailed render arrow-tip cuts -    • Coloured Render with Arrow Tip Cut Carved ...   used spear and jacksons levels measuring tape and spatula to cut straighten and all that detail, also a large box level from faithfultools or rambootools not 100% sure on it LOL the cutting toos i used was man made by myself :) dont forget to MAC SCRIBE as always there is more to come !! #brickeffect #fakebrick #fauxbrick
