Barry is probably the best non-playable character in game because he has the most personality. He is like the Mikey of the four New York racers who come to challenge McQueen. (a TMNT reference). He is Timid, insecure, and love attention. He is literally to get Vince's attention every time he does something cool. You can tell by his audio. I enjoyed racing wit him. He may even be my new favorite.
