Soft mini tea‑cakes with a light, fluffy texture and a classic old‑style flavor.
This simple homemade recipe uses eggs, yogurt, sugar, cardamom, rosewater, and saffron to create a quick and aromatic muffin‑style treat.
Perfect for tea time, easy baking, and everyday snacks.
Ingredients:
3 eggs • 1 tsp cardamom powder • 165 g sugar • 50 g rosewater • 150 g oil • 60 g yogurt • 2 tsp baking powder • 300 g flour • 3 tsp saffron + hot water • White sesame seeds (optional)
Baked at 180°C for 20 minutes.
