Ingredients:

For Naan (flat bread) Dough:

All purpose flour 3,1/2 cups 500g
salt 1,1/2 tsp or to taste
sugar 1/2 tbsp
Instant yeast 1/2 tbsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
yogurt 1/4 cup( room temperature )
Clarified butter medium melted 1,1/2 tbsp
lukewarm milk 1,1/4 cup

Naan Stuffing:

Beef or Mutton Mince 500g
oil 2 tbsp
garlic ginger paste 1,1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp or to taste
coriander crushed 1,1/2 tbsp
cumin crushed 1,1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1,1/2 tbsp
All spices 1-2 tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 1 tsp
onion 1 medium to large
mint leaves 3-4 tbsp
coriander 1 cup
Green chilli 2-3 tbsp
fenugreek 1/2 tbsp

For egg wash:

egg yolk 1
milk 2-3 tbsp

Clarified butter ad needed
Coriander as needed

دقيق لجميع الأغراض 1/2, 3 كوب 500
ملح 1،1 / 2 ملعقة صغيرة
أو حسب الرغبة 1/2 ملعقة كبيرة سكر
خميرة فورية 1/2 ملعقة كبيرة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من صودا الخبز
زبادي 1/4 كوب (درجة حرارة الغرفة)
زبدة صافية متوسطة مذابة 1،1 / 2 ملعقة كبيرة
حليب فاتر 1،1 / 4 كوب

حشو نان:

لحم بقري أو لحم مفروم 500 جم
زيت 2 ملعقة كبيرة
معجون الثوم والزنجبيل 1،1 / 2 ملعقة كبيرة
ملح 1/2 ملعقة كبيرة أو حسب الرغبة
كزبرة مطحونة 1،1 / 2 ملعقة كبيرة
مسحوق كمون 1،1 / 2 ملعقة شاي
رقائق الفلفل الحار 1،1 / 2 ملعقة كبيرة
جميع البهارات 1-2 ملعقة صغيرة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة كركم
عصير ليمون 1 ملعقة صغيرة
1 بصلة متوسطة إلى كبيرة
3-4 ملاعق كبيرة من أوراق النعناع
1 كوب كزبرة
فلفل أخضر 2-3 ملاعق كبيرة
1/2 ملعقة كبيرة حلبة



صفار البيض 1
2-3 ملاعق كبيرة حليب مطلوب
