明治の終わりから文部省唱歌として、当時は広く愛されていました🌠
漁村生まれの少年が、強い肉体と精神を誇る姿を表現している歌ですが、日本語が難しいですね🙄
平成になり、作詞者が判明しました。
当時明治41年に文部省の新大詩懸賞募集で佳作当選した「海の子」という詩。

作曲者はまだ不明だそうです🙈
It was widely loved as a Ministry of Education song from the end of the Meiji era 🌠
The song expresses the image of a boy born in a fishing village boasting a strong body and mind, but the Japanese is difficult 🙄
In the Heisei era, the lyricist was identified.
The poem "Child of the Sea" won an honorable mention in the Ministry of Education's New Grand Poetry Contest in 1908.
It has 7 verses 🎵
