Building Schools in Peru | HEFY Humanitarian Trip | Brooklyn and Bailey

Hey guys! This summer Brooklyn and I decided to go on a service trip to Peru for two and a half weeks! We went through a church youth program called HEFY.

For the first few days, we did the tourist stuff like visit Cuzco and high the amazingly beautiful Machu Picchu! The rest of the time we helped build a much-needed school, not only with our labor, but with funds and donations our group had made. In our off time, we sand boarded, and even tried Guinea pig and Alpaca (traditional Peruvian dishes and primary sources of protein)!

This experience was such and amazing trip for us, a way to help give back! Our hope is that each of you can find a way to serve others around you, those who are less fortunate or those who just need a smile!
