Rev. Edmund Chan, often referred to as the "Pastor of Pastors," has dedicated over 25 years as the Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church (CEFC) before transitioning to his role as Leadership Mentor. He founded the Global Alliance of Intentional Disciplemaking Churches, where he passionately focuses on expository preaching and leadership mentoring. His impactful teachings have made him a sought-after speaker worldwide, mentoring both secular and Christian leaders. Edmund is an accomplished author of several books, including Growing Deep in God and Radical Discipleship. He is married to Pastor Ann, and they have two daughters, Amanda and Belicia.

Pastor Ann Chan is a dynamic leader and teacher who actively supports her husband, Rev. Edmund Chan, in championing the IDMC vision globally. She has pioneered numerous ministries at CEFC, including the Women-in-Covenant (WiC) ministry and Breakthrough Weekends. Together, they have co-authored several discipleship books, such as Roots & Wings, Life & Legacy, Faith & Fire, and Grace & Glory. Ann also co-authored the Wholeness in Christ curriculum, which has significantly impacted many women seeking healing and wholeness. She graduated from Singapore Bible College in 1987 and earned a Master of Arts in Christian Education (Honours) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 1994.
