The recent IWG World Conference on Women & Sport featured a Lightning Talk facilitated by HPSNZ Women in High Performance Sport Lead Helene Wilson entitled, 'What happen when you create space in the system?'
In this video Helene is joined by Wellington Phoenix Women's Head Coach Natalie Lawrence, FIFA Technical Consultant Oceania Tony Readings, Surf Life Saving NZ High Performance Director Tanya Hamilton and National Sport Manager Lewis McClintock. They share their insights and experiences from the Women in High Performance Residency initiative which demonstrates what can happen when you 'create space' in the system
