N64 Wario Stadium v1.0

N64 Wario Stadium, remade by me.

I originally started this remake back in September. I wanted to try making a rallycross-inspired track for some time, and it occurred to me that this layout, with it's well defined speedway-like outer ring, would be a good candidate. I was nicely surprised at how cleanly this concept worked in this context, and how it adds new life into a retro which hasn't returned since its original appearance.

I wanted to finish this track within about a week, but that clearly didn't end up happening. Some on and off work later, I decided to push and get this finished by the end of 2022. However, despite there only being about a month total dev time for it, I'm very pleased with the end result. It's one of my best CTs at the moment visually, which I was not expecting to be the case.
