Is the facelifted Peugeot 3008 a great SUV? Is this French crossover worthy of consideration against the Mazda CX-5, Volkswagen Tiguan and Subaru Forester? We think so. Something of a quiet achiever in the Australian market, the 3008 offers a high-quality cabin, great driving dynamics and a clear air of refinement. It’s a good family car, in short, though if you need more seats, the three-row Peugeot 5008 will be the better option.

The 3008 is available in several trims and the choice of turbo petrol or turbo diesel engines. The 1.6-turbo Allure is the entry point of the range.
