PPSC has announced the most awaited jobs of Sub-Inspector in Punjab Police Department. There are two different modes of induction in Punjab Police as a Sub-inspector.
1- Service Quota
2- Open Merit
There are some questions in the mind of aspirants who will be opting for these posts like:
What are the conditions in the eligibility criteria?

In this video, Sir Ghulam Hussain (AC - PMS 2019) and Sir Mian Shafiq (CSP) has briefly talked about the posts of Sub-Inspector for new inductees.
Eligibility Criteria on Open Merit:
I) Graduate (Second Division or Equivalent Grade) from a recognized University;
ii) and having the following physical standards:
a) Height for Male 5’ 7” (170.18cm);
for Female 5’ 2” (157.48cm);
b) Chest for Male 33” -34½”;
c) and Visual Standards Distant vision-6/9 in the eye with or without glasses, and near vision not less than J-1 for both male and female.

Female:
20 to 25 Year
