Photographing The Darts - Sports Photography

Join me as I look through my image set from the Premier League Darts, the fourth round, held at the Utilita Arena in Newcastle.
Obviously football photography is my mane sport to photograph, so it was great to photograph the Darts again. I last photographed Darts back in 2018 at the PDC World Championships held at Ally Pally in London. It took my by surprise just how much quicker Premier League Darts was compared to the PDC World Darts Championships. At the World Championships, the players throw in legs and sets, taking around an hour to complete on average. The Premier League Darts is much quicker, with each match being first to 6 legs, and therefor only taking 15-30 minutes each match. This meant that I had much less time to capture all the images needed for each player! World Champion Luke Humphries, Rob Cross, Luke Littler, Peter Wright,
