Exploring San Francisco & Muir Woods with Dylan’s Tours | Golden Gate, Fog, and Redwoods [May 2025]

We spent a perfect California day exploring San Francisco and Muir Woods with Dylan’s Tours — one of the best ways to see the Bay Area without the stress of driving or parking.

The morning started at Fort Point National Historic Site, where the Golden Gate Bridge was completely wrapped in fog. A few hours later, we stopped at the Golden Gate Bridge North Vista Point and caught the fog rolling away in some amazing timelapse shots.

Most of this video is a peaceful walk through Muir Woods National Monument, surrounded by towering redwoods that make you feel miles away from the city. From there, we stopped by the Palace of Fine Arts for a few scenic shots, wandered around Pier 39 to check out the sea lions, and ended the day strolling the Sausalito waterfront under clear skies.
