The 2025 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V marks the 20th anniversary of the Apache lineup, bringing a refreshed design and several premium upgrades. It now features a sharper headlamp cowl with a Class-D projector setup, new graphics, and a 5-inch TFT display equipped with SmartXonnect Bluetooth and voice assist. The top variant also gets traction control, a slip and assist clutch, and 37 mm USD front forks for improved handling. Powering the bike is the familiar 159.7 cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder 4-valve engine that produces 17.55 PS at 9,250 rpm and 14.73 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm, paired with three ride modes — Sport, Urban, and Rain. Braking duties are handled by front and rear discs with dual-channel ABS in higher trims, while the suspension setup includes the new USD fork up front and a monoshock at the rear. It offers a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres and a claimed mileage of around 47 km/l. The 2025 RTR 160 4V is available in Racing Red, Marine Blue, and Matte Black, with the top variant priced around ₹1.48 lakh ex-showroom. Though the engine and frame remain unchanged, the enhanced features, updated styling, and gold USD forks give it a more aggressive and premium appeal. While it’s slightly costlier than before, the added features like the TFT console, traction control, and projector lighting make it one of the most feature-rich 160cc bikes in India, offering a perfect blend of performance, technology, and everyday usability.
