INGREDIENTS :


FOR KOFTA :-

500grm chicken boneless
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies
1 medium sized onion
2 tsp roasted chickpeas powder
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
½ cup chopped coriander

FOR GRAVY :-

6 green cardamom
1 piece of mace
2 medium sized onions
8-10 garlic buds
1½ inch piece of ginger
3 green chillies
10-12 cashews

To Cook The Gravy :-

Oil for cooking
1 bay leaf
2-3 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
½ cup curd (100grm)
¼ cup fresh cream or malai
1 tbsp dry Fenugreek Leaves
½ tsp garam masala
some chopped coriander
