Ingredients :
For Dough :
1/2 cup warm milk
1 egg (egg should be at room temperature)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
-1 Tbsp instant dry yeast
2 Tbsp oil
2.5 cups all-purpose flour (sifted flour)
For Chicken Filling :
2 Tbsp oil
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 cup boiled and shredded chicken
1 small capsicum (chopped)
1 cup carrot (grated)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp flour
1/2 cup milk
For Buns :
1 whisked egg for egg wash
sprinkle white sesame seeds
decorate with cubes of capsicums
