Stenting through Protruding Ostial Stent

We discuss a case of restenosis of an ostial RCA stent that protrudes well out into the aorta. I go over the "Double-Wire Technique" to cannulate the mouth of the protruding stent as well as tips for stenting through the side of a protruding stent.
