Chawanmushi┃茶碗蒸

Ingredients:
Fresh Mushroom 1no
Crab Stick 1no
Shrimp to season
Egg 2nos
Water 200ml
Bonito Powder 1tsp
Mirin 2tbsp
Soy Sauce 1/2tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Instructions:
1.Cut the fresh mushrooms into small pieces, cut the crab sticks in half, and tear them into shreds.
2.Beat eggs well, add bonito soup powder, mirin, Japanese soy sauce, salt and water, mix well.
3.Prepare two containers, first put shrimp, fresh mushrooms and shredded crab stick.
4.Remove the egg froth, slowly pour in the egg, and cover the bowl with cling paper.
5.Put it in the steamer for 10 minutes. Serve!!

材料:
鮮冬菇 1隻
蟹柳 1條
蝦 適量
雞蛋 2隻
水 200毫升
鰹魚湯粉 1茶匙
味醂 2湯匙
日式醬油 1/2茶匙
鹽 1/4茶匙
步驟:
1.把鮮冬菇切成小片,蟹柳切開一半,撕成蟹柳絲。
2.雞蛋打勻,加入鰹魚湯粉、味醂、日式醬油、鹽及水伴勻。
3.預備兩個容器,先放入蝦,鮮冬菇和蟹柳絲。
4.隔去蛋汁泡沫,慢慢倒入蛋汁,碗上鋪上保鮮紙。
5.放入蒸爐蒸10分鐘即可。
