December is just around the corner, and cold weather camping is back! Or so we thought. We headed out to Algonquin Park to stay at Provoking Lake on the Highland Backpacking Trail on the last week of November 2022. Last year this time around we were met with heavy snow and -18C. This year, there was a bit of snow by the trail entrance and sprinkled throughout, but we got lucky with mild weather! The site was very windy so we were fortunate. Another great trip for the books!
