Ingredients
*First Marination for tandoori chicken

Whole Chicken 1 by 4 cut and washed
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tbs lemon juice

Second Marination for tandoori chicken

Mustard oil 2-3 tbs
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbs
Kashmiri chilli paste 1 tbs
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Roasted Kashoori methi powder 1/2 tsp
Cunin Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black salt 1/3 tsp
1 tsp lemon juice
Buna besan 1 tsp
Hung curd 200grm
Butter for basting

Chat masala 1/4 tsp for sprinkle
Lemon wedges
Ring onion salad
Green chutney
