團結香港基金（基金會）及大新銀行於11月5日聯合發布《團結香港基金–大新銀行大灣區行業發展指數2024》。

粵港澳大灣區（大灣區）規劃是國家重點發展策略，「9+2」城市差異化發展，優勢互補，造就多元產業並成為國際人才及資金的匯聚地。因此，大灣區經濟及行業情況備受矚目，對有意在此尋求市場機遇的企業來説有著重大意義。

團結香港基金研究員麥穎聰表示，在創新及科技領域，大灣區的香港、深圳和廣州三座城市各自擁有顯著優勢。隨著人工智能技術的發展，這三個地區在2024年相繼有相關扶持政策出台，旨在推動科技進步和跨城市科研合作。

在貿易及物流方面，香港作為自由貿易港，廣州是大灣區另一重要貿易和物流中心，而深圳港的外貿貨運量佔比高達近八成。這三大城市的市場各具特色，且相互補充。

在文化、體育及旅遊業方面，大灣區內的文體旅遊業在疫情之後，其商業活動逐漸強勁復甦。

Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF) and Dah Sing Bank jointly launched the “Our Hong Kong Foundation–Dah Sing Bank Greater Bay Area Industry Development Index 2024” (“the Index”) on 5 November.

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) development is a key national strategy. The diverse growth of the “9+2” cities enable them to leverage complementary strengths, fostering various industries and creating a hub for international talent and capital. As such, the economic and industry conditions in the GBA have attracted great attention, making it vital for companies seeking market opportunities.

Alex Mak, Researcher of OHKF, stated that Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou in the GBA each have their own strengths in innovation and technology. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, the three cities have successively introduced corresponding support policies in 2024 to promote technological development and cross-city scientific research cooperation.

In terms of trade and logistics, Hong Kong as a free port, Guangzhou is another important major trade and logistics hub in the GBA, and nearly 80% of the cargo volume at Shenzhen comes from foreign trade. These three major cities have different markets that complement each other.

In the cultural, sports, and tourism industries, the commercial activities of the culture, sports, and tourism industries in the GBA have begun to recover strongly after the pandemic.
