5 drills to master the behind the back weave! Behind the back 3-beat weaves are notoriously difficult poi tricks because they force us to work in a space where the mobility of our hands and wrists are restricted--but that doesn't make them impossible! Here I take you through 5 of the best drills and practice techniques I've encountered for getting down this challenging intermediate poi trick.
