10 Most Dangerous Beaches in Puerto Rico

Most of the tourists that visit Puerto Rico do it for one reason: THE BEACHES. Of course, some come to visit Old San Juan, because it’s the third oldest city in the New World after Santo Domingo de Guzmán and La Havana. It’s also the oldest under the U.S. flag, not that tiny tourist trap on the east coast of Florida.

Others come to visit El Yunque National Forest, the only tropical rain forest under the U.S. flag, and the second oldest in the New World after Yellowstone National Park.

Still others come for the food; one of the most varied and delicious in the world.

Of course, most come for all the above and many other reasons.

Puerto Rico has many great beaches. After all, it’s an island, so it’s surrounded by water. But that doesn’t mean that they’re all safe. In fact, some can be downright dangerous. However, very little is said about Beach Safety. That is, until someone drowns.

In this video I detail the 10 beaches that I consider the most dangerous in Puerto Rico. Some might have a different opinion. You can visit some of them with caution and others you should simply stay way from.
