I am a former Volvo Sales Consultant and my workplace had a service center. As a result I never had to book a service.
In October both my cars let me know a service was due. I decided to compare booking over the phone with using the Volvo Cars App.
Having been on the business I know that many Volvo owners often don’t use some of the technology in their cars. I decided to document the booking process and I hope this encourages others to try it out.
