This respected hālau is deeply rooted in the sacred traditions of hula ʻaihaʻa and shares the honored UNU name with all schools descended from Unukupukupu. They preserve authentic Hawaiian cultural knowledge through educational hula practices, with a dedication to ʻike (traditional knowledge) that fosters meaningful connections to both the natural environment and spiritual realm, ensuring these sacred traditions continue to thrive for generations.
