Ribbon pour triptych acrylic painting

This weeks acrylic painting features the ribbon pour technique in a triptych format. Three panel canvas's can always be tricky but the end composition worked out very nicely. Some parts had to be re poured as I painted in order to make a more connected composition but those parts ended up being some of my favorites! Featured colors are (Mount Etna house paint) with metallic black added, gold/silver mix, grey, and white. 3 11"x14" panels. Please like and subscribe. Every little bit helps! :)

I’ve been an artist my whole life. I work as a graphic designer professionally and have always done abstract art on the side. In mid 2020 I was working on a commissioned piece and was asked if I could make something in the style of pour painting. I had been pinning acrylic pouring/fluid art on Pinterest for a few years but had know idea how to create it. Thanks to the many wonderful artists on YouTube who were willing to share their creation videos, tips, and tutorials on liquid acrylic painting I was able to start creating work in this style and I wanted to share that experience with you.
