Cable knit boot cuffs ( written & tutorial )

These cable knit boot cuffs are a fun little winter knitting project if you're short on yarn and time. A cable knit isn't quite beginner friendly, but it's a small enough project that you won't go too crazy by trying it, even if you think it's just slightly out of your skill range.
