Although being the girl with duster is not the best way of self-realization, cleaning up of one’s space has some unexpected advantages. They usually call it ‘’the way of clarifying of the mind’’. But I believe it goes not only about that.
Cleaning up is a great method of making my spirit more clear and fresh! It's the way of gaining true comfort. Even if, demanding some efforts, the process itself may be not very comfortable 😉.
Doing my cleaning up I feel like some kind of magic is spreading around. And you produce it with your own hands!
Today I’ve made sure once again: respect to yourself begins not only with the plate full of superfoods, but with your attitude to subjects surrounding you.
