Our organizations are trying to keep up as the business landscape becomes increasingly global, fast-paced and disruptive. However, innovations in new technology and business models will not be enough. Organizations also need to challenge existing views on how to organize and define leadership. As a result, an increasing number of organizations adopt self-management principles to enable the collective force and wisdom of everyone’s leadership. In this webinar, we will explore how this trend calls for more deliberate personal development work at the workplace. We will also explore if and how coaching and coachability could become core-competencies among all employees.
