[4K] London Gatwick to Orlando Flight, join us as we travel from Gatwick Airport’s South Terminal to Orlando International Airport on a British Airways Boeing 777 for our long-haul journey to the USA, exploring the departure hall, security, shopping and dining area, boarding gate, and onboard experience before arriving in sunny Florida.

Our journey begins at London Gatwick Airport South Terminal, one of the UK’s busiest international travel hubs. After checking in with British Airways, we head upstairs through the departure area to security. Filming is restricted here, so we pick up again as we enter the departure lounge, officially known as the Gatwick Airport Departure Lounge, which is packed with shops, cafés, and restaurants. We take a full tour of this airside area, passing popular stores like World Duty Free, WHSmith, and Lego Store, as well as dining options such as Wagamama, Pret A Manger, and Nando’s. It’s a great place to relax, shop, or grab a bite before your flight.

After exploring the terminal, our gate number 38 is announced, which is around a six-minute walk from the lounge. We make our way through the gate area where boarding begins in groups. Once on board the British Airways Boeing 777, we check out the cabin and the seatback entertainment system, featuring the latest movies and TV series along with games including UNO and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. The flight time from Gatwick to Orlando is just under 8 hours 40 Minutes, with no delay in departing, the overall journey was smooth and comfortable.

After landing at Orlando International Airport (MCO), we disembark and make our way through the long corridors to the baggage claim area. Filming is restricted near U.S. Customs and Border Protection, so we end our video here. Onec through security it is a short walk to the exit the airport. Once outside, we ordered an Uber to take us to our Hotel near SeaWorld
