I’ve decided to do an update series on my world banknote collection as I have added quite a lot of notes since my last update. I have a separate video for each binder alphabetically by country so hopefully folks watch them all.
Within each binder I try to collect all sets (old to current) and as many different denominations of each. This video contains banknotes continuing from Venezuela, Vietnam (including French Indochina), West African States, Yemen, Yugoslavia, Zaire, Zambia, and finishing with Zimbabwe.
I don’t collect for value but would be great to know if I have any “hidden gems” here I didn’t know.
I also don’t mind poor condition notes as I would prefer to have a low grade note in my collection than none at all! Where I have duplicates in my collection it’s typically because there is a noticeable variant in design, a different date, or sequential serial numbers. I don’t typically collect signature variations.
Banknotes are by far my favorite collection (of many!) and love to share this with other collectors. Let me know your feedback! Thanks for watching.
