We were exploring Mabini, Bohol and looking for a cave, but it was closed.
Instead of leaving, I decided to fly my drone and before we knew it, the kids gathered around, amazed and smiling as they watched.
Their joy was contagious. We bought them ice cream and snacks, thinking it would end there.
But on the drive home, Mary and I couldn’t stop talking about them.
That simple moment stayed with us.
This Christmas, we decided to come back not just to visit, but to bring food packages and share a little hope with their families.
Sometimes, the smallest encounters lead to the biggest reasons to give.
