The world may never understand but this song is about getting closure, a confession, from someone who would never admit to what they had done, to anyone. I'd say more but what's the point? It doesn't feel like a "victory" in any way, it's empty and hollow. It will never erase anything. You may say that I'm vindictive, maybe so, but how far would you go to prove truth? I was never a jealous man, still not, it took over 30 years to break me, and I lost my ever loving mind. Hate me, I don't care, I've hated myself more than anyone else ever could.
