Mental illness is a special topic in the realm of video games. Between depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder, I've noticed a significant lack of coverage over obsessive-compulsive disorder. As someone who was diagnosed with OCD in high school, I wanted to share my story of being treated, while also explaining how gaming with OCD can affect the pastime I love. Gaming is tough, but gaming with obsessive compulsive disorder can make it so much tougher.
