I figured that comparisons between these two will be helpful considering they have similar shades, and overall similar feel. You do not need Rust if you have Biba, but if you don’t want all 15 shades of Biba, let alone spend $129 the Rust is a gorgeous curation. $58 versus $129, 10 shades instead of 15. If you’re all about supporting indie brands, and don’t care for Natasha Denona anything, then Rust all the way. If you want both, well…CAN’T HELP YA THERE!
