Slim Plays Super Mario Party: Party Mode - Whomp's Domino Ruins (Part 1)

Hello everybody, SlimKirby here and it's time for another party....a Mario Party that is! And this time we are playing the most recent installment of the series; Super Mario Party for the Nintendo Switch....at least it's the most recent until Mario Party Superstars comes out next month.

This game is pretty solid; definitely not perfect by any means, but it definitely brought back, I think, the true spirit of Mario Party while still having some unique charm along the way. Best of all, even though it took about 2 1/2 years until it finally was updated, it also features functioning online play as well for the actual board gameplay, which is really neat and about time. I think moving forward, this game will hold the standard of what a good Mario Party title is...all the developers need to do is keep improving on this formula and give out some more content along the way.

The first mode we'll be starting with is Party Mode and the first board Whomp's Domino Ruins. This is a very classic and simple Mario Party board which kind of gives some vibes to DK's Jungle Adventure from Mario Party 1. It even has Whomps and rolling boulders for crying out loud. It's a pretty solid beginning board and a great start for this series.

This project, at first, will be uploaded every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. At some point I'll move it to the weekend, but that will be once I get everything ready for the next big project of mine.
