Angry tenants report a leak at one of Paul Ainsworth-Lord’s properties in Darwen, claiming it to be uninhabitable. In Brighton eviction lawyer Chris Sharpe has a squatter case on his hands where the landlord purchased the property with plans to develop it into flats, but squatters moved in.
