Here we are – the start of the my Nightwing Workout challenge. Follow along as I train with Kollins Ezekh to become superhero ready – or as close to it as possible.
We’ll be doing a cardio workout five days a week with added weight training on four of those days. Weekends will be low impact cardio to make sure we stay on track.
