PMDD awareness month 2021 is finally here and one of my wonderful PMDD followers and fellow PMDD warriors have gifted me some awesome merch from her Etsy shop - PMDD-FU
After years 18 years of living with PMDD (undiagnosed until 2016!!) in May 2019 I underwent a total hysterectomy and BSO in a hope of giving myself a chance at the life I had always dreamed of.
I chose to share my story to help others feel less alone 💚
This is my journey and mine alone, told from my perspective, in my words.
