☘️ 酥皮面团
➡️水油皮 (共可制作10个19克的水油皮)
中筋面粉 100克
细砂糖 15克
猪油 35克
凉水 45±克(根据面粉吸水性增减)
➡️油酥 (共可制作10个12克的油酥)
低筋面粉 80克
猪油45克
☘️ 椰蓉馅 (可制作10个15克的椰蓉馅)
椰蓉 50克
室温全蛋液 35克
细砂糖 25克
奶粉 15克
无盐黄油(软化) 25克
表面刷蛋液
➡️预热烤箱175°C/350°F
175°C/350°F 烤制30分钟.
具体烤制时间和温度,请根据自家烤箱情况调整。

Baking Tray : 28cm x 28cm x 3cm
➡️Ingredients ☘️ Coconut Crust Pastry (can make 10 pcs)

☘️ Crust pastry dough
➡️Water pastry dough (can make 10 pcs of 19g dough)
Plain flour 100g
Caster sugar 15g
Lard 35g
Cold water 45±g
➡️Oil crust pastry(can make 10 pcs of 12g dough)
Cake flour 80g
Lard 45g
☘️ Coconut filling(can make 10 pcs of 15g filling)
Desiccated coconut 50g
Egg at room temperature 35g
Caster sugar 25g
Milk powder 15g
Unsalted butter (softened) 25g
Brush with egg wash
➡️ Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F
Bake at 175°C/350°F for 30 minutes
Please adjust the baking temperature and time depending on your own oven.
