Beautiful Places to Visit in Oregon Horsetail Falls & Ponytail Falls

About 30 minutes outside of Portland is the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. Along the Historic Columbia River Highway, there are multiple beautiful waterfalls. Horsetail and Ponytail Falls are two of those waterfalls, and they are easy to see. Horsetail Falls can be seen from the road, making it very accessible. Ponytail Falls does require a short hike, but it is not difficult, and you can walk behind it. Both waterfalls are beautiful and worth checking out if you are near Portland.
