Transform Recycled Materials into Beautiful Creations – Join Our 12-Week Upcycling Workshop!

At Skilled Hands, we believe in giving materials a second life! One of our latest projects is a stunning recycled jewellery box, made entirely from repurposed materials. Here’s how we did it:

We started with a cardboard tube, cutting it to the desired size. To enhance its look, we lined the top half with a decorative ribbon and wrapped the bottom half with twine, creating a rustic and elegant finish. The inside was lined with fabric, adding a soft, luxurious touch to the interior.

For the lid, we used a flat piece of cardboard, covered in twine wrapped in a spiral pattern to create a beautifully textured effect. To complete the design, we attached a wooden bead as a stylish holder for easy opening. The result? A unique, handcrafted jewellery box that is not only functional but also environmentally friendly!
