DAY 2 of the 1 Hour Hell Week Challenge , and it’s even tougher than Day 1.
We pushed harder, ran further, and smashed more upper body reps. If Day 1 was brutal, Day 2 is pure punishment.
💀 Workout Breakdown:
• 75 burpees (warm-up)
• 4K run (500m uphill, 500m downhill)
• 100 press-ups (50 flat, 50 incline)
• Pull-up & Dip Superset – 10 pull-ups + 10 dips × 5 rounds (total 100 reps)
• 1 lap run
• 25 burpees
• 1 lap run
• 20 push-up walkouts
• 25 headbangers
• 50 sit-ups
• 1 min plank
395 total reps + over 5K of running in one session.
