Ingredients (for 4 persons):

Green beans 120 g
Salad mix (radicchio, romano, lettuce, frise, arugula) 200 g

Roasted pine nuts 15 g
Marinade for duck
Vegetable oil 30 g
Soy sauce 15 g
Fresh thyme 1 branch (or ½ tsp)
Fresh rosemary 1 branch (or ½ tsp)
Paprika to taste
Black pepper to taste
Salad dressing
Vegetable oil 45 g
Dijon mustard 15 g
White wine vinegar 15 g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients for duck marinade. Marinate meat for 45 – 60 min. Slightly incise the skin of a duck breasts, not deeper than fat layer. Fry them on a pan, the skin down to put the prepared breast and fry for 3-5 minutes until a light caramel color. Fry on the other side after that. Put breast (skin up) into the oven, preheated to a temperature of 180 ° C for 10-20 minutes, depending on the duck fatness and the desired degree of roasting meat.
Slice mushrooms. Fry them for about 7-10 min. Add green beans. Fry for nearly 5-7 min. Fry precooked potatoes.
To prepare the sauce mix all the ingredients for salad dressing. Mix it with salad dressing. You may also pour the dressing on roasted vegetables or meat.
Put the salad mix on plates. Add with roasted vegetables and bacon and sliced duck breasts. Sprinkle the salad with roasted pine nuts and cheese.
