Fawn • Base Game |NOCC| Stop Motion |The Sims 4

This is 3 bdrm/3 bth base game home with no CC decorated for roommates. It has a split level or sunken kitchen dining area, beautiful backyard with pool and the new hot tub. The art/photos are from The Sims 4 gallery and are not custom content, will be in the build if downloaded and will not flag your build as CC/modded. I use debug items and the T.O.O.L mod. All rotated objects stay rotated even if you don't have the mod.

Use bb.moveobjects right before placing this lot.
