I’m kicking off a new video series in 2024, where I'll share with you the advice that I wish someone had shared with me back when I joined Microsoft in 2008. Each week I’ll focus on a key topic that every PM at Microsoft (also probably PMs at other software companies, and people working in related technical roles) should know.
